Pakistan and Nigeria have a strengthening economic relationship, with the bilateral trade standing at around US$241.79 million in the 2022–23 fiscal year. Pakistan exports pharmaceuticals, textiles, apparel, and rice to the value of around US$31.28 million to Nigeria. Nigerian exports to Pakistan, valuing US$210.51 million, are dominated by petroleum gas and agricultural products. The two countries are seeking prospects for deepening cooperation in areas of energy, agriculture, and defense with the goal of boosting their economic relations and developing the region.
